We collect the requested answer, two files, and an Indonesian shipping address. We do not ask for a phone number, NIK, KTP, NPWP, or other identity documents. Never upload government identity documents, payment or banking information, medical information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal data. Authorized program staff may access answers, addresses, and files; approved fulfillment and shipping providers may receive only the address needed for delivery.

Is the scooter really free?

Yes. Approved participants receive a scooter at no cost. No purchase or payment card is required. Eligibility requirements, allocated supply, deadlines, shipping terms, and tax responsibilities are listed in the Official Rules.

Does submitting guarantee that I receive a scooter?

No. Every submission is recorded and remains subject to eligibility requirements, allocated supply, and the Official Rules.

What do I need to submit?

Provide one answer for the completed task prompt, your complete Indonesian shipping address, and the two requested files: Taxpayer Identification Number and Identity Card or Driving License. Do not include NIK, KTP, NPWP, or other identity documents.

Who can access my submission?

Authorized program administrators can access your answer, shipping address, and uploaded files. If approved, contracted fulfillment and shipping providers may receive the address only as needed to deliver the scooter. The information is not displayed publicly.

Is this program run by Segway?

No. This program is independently organized using products purchased by the organizer. Segway-Ninebot does not operate, endorse, administer, or participate in this program.
